1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Altior’s public website and any free content or website feature that links to them.
“Altior”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ALTIOR DIGITAL LTD, company number 17106631, whose registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.
The website and Altior’s services are intended for adults acting for business purposes. They are not offered to consumers or children.
These terms apply when you use https://altior.digital. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
2. Altior’s services and paid engagements
Altior provides business-focused digital and AI services, including website, automation, operational and implementation work.
The website describes our capabilities and provides general information. It does not, by itself, create a paid client engagement or require Altior to provide a service.
A paid engagement is formed only through a service agreement, statement of work, order form or proposal that Altior and the client have accepted. The applicable accepted engagement document or documents govern that engagement and override these website terms for the subject matter of the paid work if there is any conflict.
3. Website content
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but general website content is provided for information only. It is not legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or features. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, connected systems or data;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- probe, scan or test security without written permission;
- interfere with the website’s operation or another person’s use of it;
- scrape, copy or extract website content at scale except where law or written permission allows; or
- use the website or its content to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Altior, users, systems or legal rights.
5. Intellectual property
Altior or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website and its content, including text, design, graphics, branding, code and downloadable materials, unless stated otherwise.
You may view the website and make a reasonable copy for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or exploit website content without prior written permission or a legal right to do so.
Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing materials, tools, methods and third-party components are governed by the applicable accepted engagement document or documents. Those documents override these website terms for the subject matter of the paid work if there is any conflict.
6. Information you provide
Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not be unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringe another person’s rights. You must have authority to provide it.
Our use of personal data is explained in the Altior Privacy Policy at https://altior.digital/privacy/. Do not send confidential, special-category or security-sensitive information through a general website form unless Altior has asked for it and provided an appropriate route.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. A link does not mean Altior endorses or controls the third party. Third-party terms and privacy notices may apply, and Altior is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, Altior is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or a third-party website or service outside Altior’s control, except to the extent the loss results from Altior’s breach of a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The liability position for a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable accepted engagement document or documents, which override these website terms for the subject matter of the paid work if there is any conflict.
9. Ending or restricting website access
You may stop using the website at any time. Altior may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms.
Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual property, liability and governing law—remain effective after access ends.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. We will publish the current version at https://altior.digital/terms/ and show its effective or revision date. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively change an agreed client engagement.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@altior.digital or by post to ALTIOR DIGITAL LTD, Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.
